Meet our chef Aloycious
CHEF ALOO: PASSION, TRADITION, PERFECTION.
Chef Aloycious, known as Chef Aloo, is a passionate culinary artist who pours his heart and soul into every dish. His devotion to cooking runs deep, as he honors the Goan dishes he grew up with, many of which were lovingly prepared by his neighbor, Aunty Adea. One of his signature creations, "Aunty Adea Prawn Curry," is named after her, capturing the essence of those cherished childhood flavors. With a rich 25-year career working across the globe, Chef Aloo blends his deep expertise in international cuisine with the timeless tastes of Goa, serving dishes like Xacuti and Caldine that celebrate his heritage.
